Admin State is not applied correctly after stack re-configuration

            Description

            If the admin state of an Ethernet port (Ethernet Link object, attribtue 9) is set to "disabled" and the stack is re-configured (e.g. triggered by setting TCP configuration control from static to DHCP), the admin state is set back to "enabled" after re-configuration.
