EIP_OBJECT_CONNECTION_CONFIG_IND is sent to the host application although parameter option EIP_OBJECT_PRM_FWRD_OPEN_CLOSE_FORWARDING is enabled

If the host application enables the parameter EIP_OBJECT_PRM_FWRD_OPEN_CLOSE_FORWARDING, it will received the forward open request before the protocol stack fully processes it. So it will also receive configuration assembly data might be sent with this request. Therefore, the protocol stack shall not sent the packet EIP_OBJECT_CONNECTION_CONFIG_IND to the host application in addition.
