Host application shall be able to control Identity object's attribtue 5 (State)

Some special applications must handle the state attribute of the identity object itself.

e.g. in case of CIP Safety, the state of the Safety Supervisor object (which is handled inside the host application) influences directly the identity object's state attribute.
