Configuration assembly data is cleared when application responds with Error on Connection Config indication

In case the host application rejects the CONNECTION_CONFIG_IND packet with an error (ulSta != 0), the corresponding configuration assembly data (attribute 3) is cleared/zeroed. This shall not happen as previous configuration data might still be valid.
