Assembly instance state is not properly cleaned up when error occurs during connection establishment

In case the assembly instances are bound to a specific connection and the encapsulation transport fails to initialize, the assembly instance state is not cleaned up properly. The assembly instance might stay in the state "active" and therefore no further connection to this assembly can be established. Connection request will be rejected with "ownership conflict".
