First address in IP multicast range (implicit messaging) is never used

The range of default multicast addresses to be used by the stack is defined to start with host part zero, i.e. x.y.z.0 to x.y.z.31. Since ever, the stack wastes the first address so that the first applocated address in the range is x.y.z.1
