            Description

            When receiving a shutdown indication from the tcp task, the QoS parameters are zeros. Since it's not guaranteed the the QoS parameters are configured again afterwards, this can lead to a situation where the DSCP values within the IP header of CIP messages are not set properly (they have value 0 in that case).
