      Description

The connection path within a forward open request service can be encoded in different ways (according to CIP specification Volume 1 Edition 3.19 Chapters C-1.5, C-1.6 and 3-5.4.1.10). Currently the stack only supports the compressed format which is ok for about 90% of the use cases. However, ther are use cases (e.g. CIP Safety Open) where the stack needs to handle also other formats.
