RCX_GET_SLAVE_CONN_INFO_REQ command succeeds if invalid slave handle is used

            Description

            When scanner is configured, read slave connection information using a not existing handle (see packet below, ulHandle can be upto 0xFFFFFFFE).

            Firmware returns the information of the first configured slave.
            Expected an error (TLR_E_UNKNOWN_HANDLE?), when handle does not exist in the current configuration.
