            Description

            Cyclic I/O data production will now be delayed until the host has responded to EIP_OBJECT_CONNECTION_IND and the FwOpen reply is send.
            With this change, we address CTT21 warnings regarding the I/O timing and, more importantly, improve interoperability with third party vendors as observed in the 2024 Plugfest System Test during the Switch Reset Test Procedures. Only the stack versions since V3.8.0.9 were affected.
