Description
Implement new ODVA CIP identification TLV (TLV Type = 127, Subtype = 09).
This new TLV has been defined in CIP Volume 2, Edition 1.32 and replaces the TLV Type = 127, Subtype = 01.
The TLV Type = 127, Subtype = 01 has been deprecated, as it did not define a specific byte order and vendors implemented inconsistently.
The new CIP Identification TLV is required by November 2024.
Acceptance Criteria:
CT20 LLDP tests pass.
