            Description

            ausHwOptions needs to respect new switch USE_SPE for single an dual port firmware.
            Let's also just throw away this NXO stuff, we don't need that anymore.

            The new firmware fileheader shall use the newly defined HardwareOption value 0x84 (see HILDEF-226)
            Hardware options for SinglePort SPE use case shall be as follows:
