[DOC] Clarify that single port firmware variants do not support CIP Sync and DLR

Single port EtherNet/IP firmware variants do not support CIP Sync and DLR.

This is not clearly stated in multiple documentation documents and must therefore be clarified in the following documents:

• API manuals (Scanner and Adapter)
  Add an info box with a reference to the firmware data sheets:
  Customer shall make sure that their used firmware supports Time Sync/CIP Sync.
  Add this info box to the sections:
  • Time Sync Object (class code: 0x43)
  • CIP Sync Global Time
• CIP Sync application note
  Add an info box with a reference to the firmware data sheets:
  Customer shall make sure that their used firmware supports Time Sync/CIP Sync.
