EIP_OBJECT_AS_REGISTER_REQ packet handler unintentionally modifies the packet content so that confirmation packet holds different values

The EIP_OBJECT_AS_REGISTER_REQ packet handler unintentionally modified the packet content so that the network sizes of the registered assembly (w/o any RUN/IDLE and/or Sequent Count mapping) are returned in the confirmation instead of the values sent with the request packet.
The implementation has been fixed so that the values from the request packet are returned.
