Time Sync object attribute 21 does not hold Serial Number

            Description

            Instance attribute 21 (Product Description) of the Time Sync object does not show the Serial number.


            According to CIP Volume 1, the format of this attribute is as follows:
            • name of manufacture of the device followed by a semicolon.
            • model number of the device followed by a semicolon.
            • serial number.
