Wrong usMinFreeRunUpdateInterval reported in HIL_GET_TRIGGER_TYPE_CNF

            Description

            Currently the default value of usMinFreeRunUpdateInterval returned via HIL_GET_TRIGGER_TYPE is 500 μs, which is wrong.

            The correct value shall be 1000 μs, which is compatible with V5 generations.

            Update the API manuals accordingly.
