Better distinguish CIP_GSR_BAD_CLASS_INSTANCE from CIP_GSR_OBJ_DOES_NOT_EXIST

      Description

      Implementation is changed so that the error condition 'CIP instance does not exist' is properly distinguished from the error condition 'CIP class does not exist'.
      Therefore, the status codes CIP_GSR_OBJ_DOES_NOT_EXIST (0x16) is used for the case of a non-existing instance where formerly  CIP_GSR_BAD_CLASS_INSTANCE (0x5) was used for both situations.
