            Description

            Add missing checks for technical possible RPI limits:

            1) Maximum Class 1 RPI. Limited to 32.767 ms
            2) Minimum Class 3 RPI. Limited to 1000 ms.
            3) Maximum Class 3 RPI. Limted to 32.767 ms

            Previous to the change, the stack fails to serve invalid RPIs in complex and undefined way (fails to create timers, producer, consumer, etc.)
