[DOC] Add description of instance attributes of PreDefined Connection Object (PDC)

The description of the instance attributes 1-3 is missing.

In addition, the data part of the object's "create" service (0x08) is the same as attribute 3.
It would be reasonable to remove the description of that service data part and instead reference to the attribute 3 description.
