Description
Currently, if the tag list defines "remanent data responsibility == host", then we reject the GET_COMPONENT_IDs, if no SET_REMANENT was received yet which is unfortunate.
In fact, we will whitelist the following commands with this ticket for the case where the startup barrier has not been passed yet:
- HIL_FIRMWARE_IDENTIFY_REQ
- HIL_SET_REMANENT_DATA_REQ
- HIL_LOCK_UNLOCK_CONFIG_REQ
- HIL_REGISTER_APP_REQ
- GENAP_GET_COMPONENT_IDS_REQ
