DHCP Lease Timeout not respected if device is in "protection mode"

            Description

            The device is supposed to stop using its IP address when the DHCP lease expires.
            Currently, this is not the case when at the same time the device is in the "Implicit Protection Mode" e.g. because of an open IO connection (see Identity Object attribute 19).
