            Description

            Both command replys are not received by application in form of EIP_ENCAP_LISTSERVICES_IND/EIP_ENCAP_LISTINTERFACES_IND.

            Additionally, the EIP_ENCAP_LISTINTERFACES_IND packet size of 32 byte is wrong. It is expected that the indication is of variable size.
