[SCANNER] Originator class 3 connections do not affect the NS LED

            Description

            Originator connections should set the NS LED steady green.
            This is only done for implicit connections yet, but in fact should also include CIP class 3, similar to the behavior in the target role and with respect to the CIP specification.
