[SCANNER] HIL_GET_SLAVE_CONN_INFO_REQ returns uninitialized content

When using HIL_GET_SLAVE_CONN_INFO_REQ for an active slave, the following fields returned are zero:

• vendor ID
• product type
• product code
• major / minor rev
• connection name

It is expected that valid slave diagnostic information can be obtained.
