            Description

            ulCmd and table title is wrong in EIP_OBJECT_CC_PACKET_SLAVE_ACTIVATE_CNF and accidently copied from EIP_OBJECT_OPEN_CL3_REQ.

            ulDelayTime range value is inconsitent in EIP_OBJECT_CC_PACKET_SLAVE_ACTIVATE_REQ.

            Fix the packet description.
