Update maximum number of supported assembly instances

            Description

            The number of supported assembly instances shall be changed from 138 to 192 (scanner), and from 10 to 64 (adapter), as specified in the firmware datasheets.

            With this change, the number of target class 1 connections shall also be changed from 5 to 32.

            Exception: netX52/netX90 based targets shall not be affected. Here, the number of assembly instances shall be 10, the number of targets class 1 connections 5.
