            Description

            The current packet handler of Configuration via basic packet doesn't check the Assembly InstanceId against the value 0xFFFFFFFF which is an invalid value according to the detailed description of EIP_APS_CONFIGURATION_PARAMETER_SET_V3_T in "EtherNetIP Adapter V3 and V5 - Protocol API"
