            Description

            Check against the spec and code what is supported/meaningful and adapt for all services which use the three (four) tier addressing scheme class, instance, attribute, member.
            After a brief check, 0 - 0xFFFFFFFF is supported except for the member format which is 0 - 0x7FFFFFFF.
