LLDP Management TLV is corrupted

            Description

            The LLDP frames include the "Management Address" TLV (Type 8) which is defined here:
            IEEE Std 802.1AB-2016 "8.5.9 Management Address TLV"

            With the current implementation the TLV is sent incomplete. The data starting with "interface number ing subtype" is missing. That's why wireshark displays the LLDP frames as Malformed.
