Overly large response data sizes cause an exception

If the user replies with to, e.g., an EIP_OBJECT_CL3_SERVICE_IND with a response data lenght smaller than EIP_OBJECT_CL3_SERVICE_RES_SIZE, due to a series of cascaded underflows and overflows, we do not properly catch the overly large response data properly (with CIP_GSR_REPLY_DATA_TOO_LARGE) but just crash.
