CipCommon_VerifyElectronicKey() provides insufficient buffer for get_attribute_all response data

            Description

            CipCommon_VerifyElectronicKey() runs into assertion because it provides insufficient buffer for get_attribute_all response data.

            Issue came in with PSEIP-263 --> Support of Identity Revision 2 which now provides more attribute with the get_attribute_all response.
