Eip_RemanentData_DoStore() is not thread safe

if Eip_RemanentData_DoStore() is called a seconds time before the first remanent data job is finished, the calback function pfnFinishedOrFailedCallback is overwritten by the second call and the callback of the first call will be be executed.

Found by test case: "EIP_Slave_DHCP_Client"
