Optimize code size of InitAttribute() functions of some objects

Unfortunately, we cannot store these functions in XIP anymore on netX52 targets since they may be called during runtime. So let's try to reduce the code size by using static and more tailored lists of attribute directory initializers instead of immediate initializers. We do not need this for all objects, let us try it for some object which have considerable potential.
