            Description

            See ticket PSEIP-168. Clarify whether the maximum supported port name length can be chosen to zero. This would greatly simplify the implementation as proposed in the mentioned ticket.

            Please also note the bug in EipTcp_ClearIanaPortAdminEntry(): The last entry in the list is removed always by decrementing bPortCount.
