      Description

      With the linked ticket, we restricted write accesss permiussion for the DPM user. Turned out that TCP/IP object attribute 1 needs to be accessed by the host in case TCP/IP configuration over pushwheel or other hardware means is supported by a customer's device.

      We should revert the change for that single attribute to reallow user set access.
