Allow nameserver addresses which are not in the device's subnet, but forbid multicast addresses

Nameservers will most probably be in a different subnet than the device and will have to be reached over the gateway. This is currently considered an invalid configuration.

Furthermore, multicast addresses shall be rejected if specified as device IP, gateway IP or nameserver IP.
