When no valid DDP data is set and thus, packets are rejected, CNF sizes should be set to zero

      Description

      In case no valid DDP data was set (yet), we return confirmations with the length of the request packets, but with an error status code (e.g. ERR_HIL_INVALID_DDP_OEM_SERIALNUMBER_CODING). This is odd. Better set the response size to zero in these cases
