TCP/IP object attribute 9 "mcast config" is initialized to [0,0,0,0]

This value is in fact invalid.
The attribute has special semantics. If the first value in the tuple is different from one, then the other fields shall be set by the protocol stack according to a specified algorithm.
 

This algorithm is correctly executed when the attribute is set.
Anyway, after startup, it is not executed and thus the initial/invalid [0,0,0,0] remains.
Also execute this algorithm when the object starts.
