1. Configure device and enable notification of network and module status changes (EIP_APS_SET_PARAMETER_REQ).

2. Start and stop cyclic communication with master to receive indication packets EIP_APS_MS_NS_CHANGE_IND (0x0000360C).

3. Send response packet EIP_APS_MS_NS_CHANGE_RES (0x0000360D).

Stack sends the same packet back with error ERR_HIL_UNKNOWN_COMMAND (0xC0000004)
