      Description

To ensure consistency, the EIP_OBJECT_CL3_SERVICE_IND generated in response to a service request directed at a user object previously registered with EIP_OBJECT_MR_REGISTER_REQ is now subject to a 3-second timeout. If the timeout expires, the request will be replied to with an error. Previously, no explicit timeout did apply on such indications.
This update enforces a maximum response time for the host application, ensuring that the processing time for all explicit services on the application side remains within a reliable and predictable range. This time limit should be significantly lower than the three second timeout value.
