ulNumOfActiveSlaves in NETX_MASTER_STATUS is sometimes not incremented after IO connection was successfully established

      Description

      Sometimes it happens that the ulNumOfActiveSlaves field (located in  NETX_MASTER_STATUS) is not incremented although an IO connection to a target was successfully established and runs with no errors.

      This is due to a race condition related to the stack's internal packet communication. The issue shows up in case the target device sends its first IO frame very close (~ <0.1ms) to the ForwardOpen Response frame.

      The actual fix is done in the EtherNet/IP Core component (see related ticket).
      In order to get the fix into the Scanner firmware, the appropriate core component versions must be updated:
