Wrong channel sizes in firmware file header

            Description

            Currently the module info 0 substructure within the NXF fileheader contains the following:

            • 1st required channel size: 16384
            • 2nd required channel size: 16384

            According to the File Formats revision 13 manual, the 1st channel size shall not include the handshake and system channel size. Additionally, 2nd channel size shall be zero. Expected size:

            • 1st required channel size: 0x3D00
            • 2nd required channel size: 0

            Additionally, module information 1 substructure shall contain the information for channel 1. Currently, this substructure is all-zero.

            All NXF files are affected.
