Wrong slave state after watchdog error

            Description

            Producing a DPM watchdog error after cyclic communication, the slave state (ulSlaveState - Master Status Block) shall be HIL_SLAVE_STATE_UNDEFINED (0x00). Currently, slave state remains HIL_SLAVE_STATE_OK (0x01).

            Since on watchdog error all network connections shall be closed, the actual slave state can not be determined. In this scenario, HIL_SLAVE_STATE_UNDEFINED is the correct value.
