            Description

            LastConflictDetected attribute 11 (TCP/IP Interface object) holds wrong ACD activity information in case the conflicting frame was received within 4 seconds after sending the first announce frame.

            The reported ACD activity is 0x01 (ProbeIpv4Address).
            The expected activity is either 0x02 (OngoingDetection) or 0x03 (SemiActiveProbe).
