            Description

            After link down/up event, the active TCP connections based on an encapsulation session are not properly closed when the encapsulation inactivity timer runs into a timeout (no close request is sent to the TCP/IP stack). This leads to a situation where the remote peer is not informed about the closed encapsulation session.
