Config Lock not functional after Watchdog timed out

Master is configured by SYCON.net.
Enable Config Lock by driver function or by packet.
Channel Init is not possible now as expected.

Produce DPM Watchdog error by triggering watchdog not fast enough.
Channel Init is now possible.
Config Lock flag in Device COS Flags is still set.
