Diagnosis information sometimes not updated when a slave is connected

            Description

            When a missing slave is reconnected and enters cyclic communication, sometimes diagnosis is not updated.
            Error flag stays set.
            Communication Error stays set with value TLR_E_CONNECTION_TIMEOUT (0xC0000142).
            "Active slaves" is not updated.
            "Slaves with diagnostics" is not updated.

            RCX_GET_SLAVE_HANDLE_REQ (0x00002F08) returns correct information about active and faulted slaves in this situation.
