            Description

            Attribute 3 holds the config control value which decides how to obtain the device's IP address.
            This attribute is updated automatically by the stack when the host application sends the command TCPIP_IP_CMD_SET_CONFIG_REQ (0x00000200).
            So this attribute shall only be writable by services comming from the netwok, not by services comming internally from the host application.
