ReOpened: EIP_OBJECT_FWD_OPEN_FWD_COMPLETION_IND provides wrong connection serial number

If the device is target and the connection could be established, the indication EIP_OBJECT_FWD_OPEN_FWD_COMPLETION_IND provides the wrong connection serial number.
The target connection serial number is provided, instead of the originator connection serial number.
