            Description

            According to the current EtherNet/IP specification (CIP Volume 2 Edition 1.11) a List Identity Reply message shall be delayed in some cases to spread out any resulting ARP requests and ListIdentity replys from the target devices on the network (see chapter 2-4.2).

            The current stack version does not support this delay.
